is it over yet?
Ow.
Also I’m tired of being greasy and I can’t keep my glasses clean.
Also did I mention ow?
Almost done though. Wish I could sleep for the next two weeks while my skin heals from the radiation.

I wish I could fast-forward a couple weeks for you.
Sorry you are feeling so bad.
I am sorry for you also…I wish you the best!
Do they ever give you pain pills or anything to make it better? Does it feel like a sunburn? I have a permanent ugly ass hump in my nose that makes glasses fall off my face. I hope that makes you feel the tiniest bit better.
IT’S OVER!! WOO HOO! Radiation has been over a few weeks, and my skin is mostly all healed up, just a little dry and red.
They gave me pain pills after surgery and I still have them all cause I HATE them. Advil turned out to be best for the burn! Then everyone said “oh yeah we knew that.” (Tylenol did NOTHING. I whimpered, on Tylenol, and drove to the store in the middle of a work day.) (I’m having a brain fart; almost sure it was Advil, not aspirin, that worked.)
It felt like a second/third degree sunburn. I have had a few burns in my time, I poured boiling water on my leg at a campout while wearing lycra. This was similar. It blistered and peeled. It oozed. It scabbed. It itched. Thank god for bendryl. I slept, I surfed the net, I watched internet tv (two of those at my desk.)
IT’S OVER!!!
Thanks, you guys!!
