But it's one of many, slightly overlapping and occasionally competing, computer service departments, at a college. We have Unions. We have Government Employees. We have Academic Politics. We have a powerless, captive audience for some of our "customers." Some people run labs, some fix computers, some manage accounts and software. Some attend meetings and join committees...
